Taken from Oxygen Magazine’s website… I just made it and it was delicious! I skipped the cardamom cause it’s super expensive, and the flavor was still amazing so feel free to omit.
i just made this. it is DELICIOUS. you should try too, it’s super easy. i cheated on the ginger though, and just sprinkled some ground ginger in, so feel free to improvise a bit.
I tried her edited tea, it was delicious.

The Passiflora Species (Passion Flowers).
Passion flowers can be found world-wide, excluding only a few countries. They are known for secreting different kinds of viscous fluids throughout the plant (most of which act as defense mechanisms). One fluid it secretes is a sweet and nutrient-rich type that attracts insects that eat any other insect that the flower sees as pests. The other fluid it secretes exists on it’s hair, which captures and digests pests to provide nutrients for itself. Perhaps what makes the flower most famous is it’s delicious fruits and it’s roots and leaves that have medicinal purposes.
